We do not disclose any nonpublic personal information about our customers or former customers to anyone, except as permitted by law.

Category B

We may disclose all of the information that we collect, as disclosed above in the notice.

Category A

We may disclose nonpublic personal information about our customers to the following types of third parties:

  1. financial service providers such as insurance agents, life insurers

  2. nonfinancial companies, such as marketing companies

  3. other entities such as reinsurers

We also may disclose nonpublic personal information about our customers to nonaffiliated third parties as permitted by law.

We may disclose the following information to companies that perform services on our behalf (such as [providing services to us in connection with account administration, marketing our services or products, or marketing the services of products of other financial institutions with which we have joint marketing agreements]):

Confidentiality and security of our customer's nonpublic personal information

We restrict access to nonpublic personal information about our customers to those employees who need to know that information to provide products or services to the customer.  We maintain safeguards that comply with federal regulations to guard our customerís nonpublic personal information.
